1 Workbook with 10 tabs but with only 1 query

Hi, i need to know if there is a solution to a case like this:

I've a workbook with 10 tabs, in each tab i have inserted a query with the only difference being different Cost Centers, but the Key Figures are the same. So, basically it's like this

TAB1:

CoCe 1 - Quantity 30

TAB2

CoCe 2 - Quantity 45

etc..

There are 10 copies of the same query with changed Cost Centers.

The Question is, is there a option to make it as only one query but with different Cost Centers in each tabs?

I tried to do it with Query Variants, but i cannot insert them in a workbook. Only queries can be inserted in each Tab and not variants!!

Any thoughts??

You can achieve this with a single Query very easily on BI 7.0 frontend.

Are you on BI 7.0 frontend?

Create 10 different query views for 10 Cost Centers using the query and use each view in each tab.

Insert Analysis Grid and attach query view to it and repeat the same in the other tabs.

Hope that helps...

In each tab, set filters for the Cost Centers for that "variant" of the report. The query will run 10 times when you open the workbook, and each tab will get filtered to display the correct Cost Centers.

Hope this helps...
