Does anybody know the datasource that should be assigned to infosource 0MATERIAL in CRM?

0MATERIAL is not listed in the help as a characteristic of CRM!

The closest match (namewise) is 0CRM_PR_MAT_ATTR, but there are only three field matches.

Well the BP guide says to load master data into both 0CRM_PROD and 0MATERIAL so I don't think that they can be the same.

As I mentioned in a previous reply, it seems that 0CRM_PROD is the CRM material and 0MATERIAL is the link between the CRM product number and the R/3 material number.

Not 0MATERIAL is a link between R/3 and CRM, but relationship Infoobject-Attribute between 0CRM_PROD & 0MATERIAL.

Hi !

i CRM material is ofproduct type "01" so basically you can use the same data source for both product and material but filter it with product type material. technically both are products.

Hi Stuart,

Never worked with CRM. But I guess that CRM Product 0CRM_PROD is the closest analogue of 0MATERIAL. Moreover, 0CRM_PROD has a 0MATERIAL as an attribute.

Best regards,

Eugene

They are not the same. 0CRM_PROD is the general attributes of the product. 0MATERIAL appears to hold a link between the R/3 material number! and the CRM product number.

I think I have the right datasource for it, but thought somebody might be able to confirm.

Then use the fact that 0MATERIAL is an attribute to 0CRM_PROD. It's a link between R/3 and CRM.

Hi!

i think Eugene is correct material ins CRM just refer to 0product.. and 0CRM_MAT_PR_ATTR will provide the link beetween these two.
