Hi All,

Issu in 0costcenter master data.

In rsa3 data is

controlling area 0001

cost center 1000

valid from 01.01.1997

to 31.12.9999

but in BI 0costcenter

1st line

controlling area 0001

cost center 1000

valid from 01.01.1997

to 31.12.9999

2nd line

controlling area 0001

cost center 1000

valid from 01.01.1000

to 31.12.9999

here we can see we having data in r/3 and bi

but data is twice in BI with different date.

Why this is so, and what are the possible way to solve it.

Regards

SSMS

0COSTCENTER is time dep in your system.

The 2nd line is the system generated record. It will set a default date from 01.01.1000 to one day before the from date of the actual costcenter created by the user.

What is your concern here ?

No it wouldn't effect your reporting.

You will the costcenter from line 1 only....Valid To and Valid From will anyhow not be seen in report.
