Summary of SAPPHIRE NOW 2018 from the SAP Screen Personas perspective.

 

2018 is the year of the intelligent enterprise. This will be reflected at SAPPHIRE NOW overall, as well as in the specific sessions on user experience (UX), design, and innovation. This blog summarizes some of the ASUG and SAP sessions related to UX that you might want to add to your agenda.

SAP has several solutions that can help your organization become an intelligent enterprise, either by providing a digital assistant to help you navigate your enterprise software, or by simplifying the UX so people have time to innovate and deploy new technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain.

Maricel Cabahug, SAP's Chief Design Officer, has a keynote session on "Design a Better Future with a Manifesto for Ethical Design" on Wednesday 1:30 - 1:50pm in the Best Run Theater. She will talk about creating efficiencies using AI and automation, but with a human-centered approach.
