As part of the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council (ESAC) we collaborate with selected customers around the globe with the focus to improve and further develop the SAP Enterprise Support offering so that all SAP Enterprise Support customers can benefit from it in the long run.


One key aspect of this co-innovation program is to listen to our customers because we want to make sure that the SAP Enterprise Support offering is 100% aligned with the needs of our customers. For 2016, we have identified four focus areas that are part of the program, one of them is SAP S/4HANA. Within the SAP S/4HANA workstream we have set up multiple projects with several customers. One feedback that we have received a couple of times from our ESAC customers was that they would like to have an high-level overview at hand which summarizes the key elements of SAP Enterprise Support and which also showcases how this offering can help customers with setting up SAP S/4HANA as the digital core to keep pace with the digital economy.


So we took this feedback seriously and developed a new customer brochure out of the ESAC program which is now available for all customers worldwide.
