SAP Fiori Demo: MySpend - Secrets Revealed

In a workshop last week it was brought to my attention (thank you Lee) that we had been missing out on the full features and capabilities of the demo SAP Fiori app My Spend, due to the default date range and the budget remaining at 100%.  Anyone with a household budget will realize that this is highly improbable, especially after the 1st of the month...

Although Green is my favorite color, the single rectangle doesn't showcase the application features quite like "Q1 2014".  I contemplated including before and after pictures here in my blog, but figured I would simply show you the selection choice and let you experience it for yourself:
