- Assembled-to-order: Combining Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDSs) and other services to meet defined functional needs. Projects leverage delivered standard templates, e.g. ready-to-use business blueprint and test cases, preconfigured best practice processes and other supporting documents to minimize project implementation time and effort.
- Industrialized: Executing individual packaged services with fixed scope and fixed price, such as RDSs, Technical Upgrade Services and Business ByDesign implementations, etc. A remote delivery approach is prevalent here.
