I already had the chance to take a look at all the sessions and the materials (please find a complete overview in SAP TechEd 2016 Bugle Sounds – Look for Cloud Integration, Orchestration, and Intelligent Processes by archana.shukla). And I can tell you, I am thrilled and it’s amazing what you can expect here.
In this blog I would like to highlight one specific hands-on session, it’s simply called INT160 – Process Mining in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Business Suite, and beyond. But it has so much in it.
In this hands-on you will use SAP Process Mining by Celonis to discover, visualize and optimize a standard process, which you will find in every enterprise – also in yours. The procure-to-pay process or purchase-to-pay process is used to procure goods and services through various suppliers. In a perfect world, the process will run with some approval steps, creation of purchase orders, sent them to suppliers, they will send the goods, invoice will be scanned and payment triggered. That’s it. Unfortunately, this is not the case every time. In the session you will see this and learn how to use the right data, create analysis components and find out what’s going wrong (maverick buying…) and right in the process in real-time.
So please put this hands-on session on your agenda and join us, to learn from scratch how to do process mining in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Business Suite, and beyond – it will just take 2 hours but provides so much value to you.
