How can SAP master diversity in a global company?

Dealing with diversity on the one side requires equality on the other side. Even though SAP highly invest in our ambitions, it is essential to receive a fact-based, and ideally quantitative feedback. And since we are not the only company facing this challenge, I would like to share this as a new internal use case for HR in the following video (find here the first part of "Inside SAP").

In order to pass on first-hand experience to you, I have asked two field experts to provide insights on their work. Therefore, Nina Strassner, Head of SAPs Diversity & Inclusion team, and Christian Hecker, SAP Chief Data & Analytics Officer, share how they have translated these crucial requirements into the great solution "My Team Dashboard".

For Nina Strassner this is the best and simplest way to overcome the challenge by receiving honest and reliable feedback. Based on their insights, she and her team are able to understand their needs and how this topic effects the daily work.
