In this article, tab "Runtime Overview" is described more in details as it has a couple of functions that can help you to understand the situation of your monitors.
First couple of tabs are self-explanatory so they are not described in this article.
In tab 'Status' you will find different statuses of the monitoring objects. For one object, you may see multiple statuses which correspond with number of sites. Status 'Not configured' informs that the object was not configured for a site. Status Saved, Activated or Deactivated are valid for site(s) in which the monitoring object has been configured.
2. Rating
Tab 'Rating' informs about the metric status. It corresponds with metric rating in the Business Process Monitoring application.
3. DPC Last Trigger
Tab 'DPC Last Trigger' informs about the last date and time trigger of the data pull core Extractor mechanism.
More Information about this mechanism can be found in the Alerting Framework documentation.
4. Next Run
The 'Next Run' tab informs about the date and time of the next data collection.
5. Period
In tab 'Period' you will find out about the frequency of the data collection determined in minutes.
6. Health
'Health' status is calculated considering the following conditions:
7. Last BPMon DC
The 'Last BPMon DC' tab informs about the date and time of the last data collection.
8. Logging
In the 'Logging' tab the information is stored only after logging was activated. You can activate logging for different periods of time to analyse problems with data collection.
9. Flavour (hidden)
If you work with Analytics, it is advised to Display the 'Flavour' column. This will help to distinguish between Alerting, Analytics and Alerting on Analytics objects. Together with filtering, you can restrict the objects displayed in the list.

- problem with data collection occurred:
- the current time is lower than the start time determined in the configuration
- data collection time determined in the configuration is still initial
- data collection is overdue
- data provider for the monitoring object's metric was banned
- RFC destination is erroneous
