Testing deadline monitoring in workflow

Objective:

While testing a deadline monitoring in workflow we can’t wait till 3-2 days, we want to test it by changing it manually for 5 min or as required.

This can be achieved by following these simple steps.

(Sometime deadline monitoring will not trigger at the exact time because there is a batch which is responsible for deadline monitoring so be patient and wait for some more time .)

Note: It's very basic thing for deadline monitoring and I am sure there may be many docs available , but thought of sharing  as this can help to a newbie in workflow. This will be a help to functional consultant as well.

Steps to change deadline:

1. Go to workflow log.

2. Click on work item pending with agent.

3. Goto -> technical work item display.

4. Click on change deadline execute button.

5. Change the date and time and press enter.

6. Now deadline is changed.
