We all have heard it from our business users, SAP’s user interface is “Ugly”, Hard to Use, and Confusing. We all do our best to promote the value of standardized software, out of the box functionality and reduced Total Cost of Ownership, but our Users are simply becoming more demanding, especially in this App driven world our they are living in. While SAP’s user interface is less than ideal, it does work. With that said, it has also never been easier to enhance the SAP user experience through HTML5 with leveraging native SAP portal and services.
