This is another relatively short post.  Keep in mind that piece of configuration is another one and done, if you ever need to even touch this.  In my projects to date, I have never changed these movement types.  However, if you end up doing anything "interesting" using custom movement types or anything like that, you may need to visit this location. 

As always, you can find the configuration step here.

Now for Service Orders select IW01 (CO is for production orders).  Then press the magnifying glass to drill into the details.

Now you just need to go down the list and verify that the movement types for the different activities.  By default you only need to first 6 items for service orders.  To the best of my knowledge, the remaining selections do not apply to service orders (only production orders).  My advice, don't touch this unless you need to.  In 95% of all cases, it's set properly out of the box.
