Publish HTML5 to Launchpad instead of SWF, Why not?

as we all know, SAP Business Objects Dashboard Designer Exports HTML version of the dashboard to Mobile and another SWF version to desktop, what could stop SAP making the dashboard designer export the HTML5 version to Both Desktop and Mobile, and avoid all the issues coming out behind the Flash usage.

I know that SAP already stopped the investment in Dashboard Designer and recommends to use Design Studio, which i believe still lacks of basic components. Dashboard designer is a very great product and there are a lot of investment on and it will not retire easy.
