Manage Purchase Requisition Fiori App Error: App could not open either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment.

Introduction

This blog post is especially for configuring Manage Purchase Requisitions App. These details are about when clicking any Purchase Requisition Item in Manage Purchase Requisitions App.

 

Problem:

After configuring Manage Purchase Requisitions App from Launchpad Designer, have faced this issue in our Fiori Launchpad.



 

Resolution:

• You need to activate Manage Purchase Requisition Professional App on Fiori Launchpad for its navigation, from below Fiori apps library link you can find the app easily.

• Go to logon SAP GUI along with the Tcode "/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE" & Activate following Odata Services;

• Assign Back-End Authorization Role "SAP_BR_PURCHASER" using Tcode "PFCG".

if you are unable to find Fiori tile, you may create your custom tile & target mapping.

Result:

After completing all configuration, you have to clear cache locally and globally and run the application step as you were doing, and it will definitely work.
