Demo on how to use Action Builder in Adobe Forms.
Step 1) Go to T-code SFP and create an Interface with name Y_ACTION_BUILDER as shown below.
Step 2) Press the Change button and set the parameter name, type assignments and Type name by selecting Import.
Step 3) Activate the Interface.
Step 4) Go to T-code SMARTFORMS and create text module with name Z_AB1 as shown below.
As we require two text modules.
Step 5) Go to T-code SMARTFORMS and create another text module with name Z_AB2 as shown below.
Step 6) Go to T-code SFP and create the Form with name Z_ACTION_BUILDER as shown below.
Click on change button.
Step 7) Right click on the Folder Z_ACTION_BUILDER from the context menu and select text to create text AB1.
Step 😎 Repeat Step 7 to create the other text AB2.

Step 9) Select the Properties tab and give text module names we created earlier in the TEXT NAME field as shown below.
Step 10) Select the Layout tab as shown below.
Step 11) Design the form as shown below.
Step 12) Select Action builder from TOOLS drop-down menu as shown below.
Step 14) Select Create button and create data.docready as shown below.
Step 15) Select Create button and create DropDownList1.change as shown below (AB1).
Step 16) Select Create button and create DropDownList1.change as shown below (AB2).
Activate and Execute the form.
Step 17) After pressing the execute button, go to single entry pass the values as "X" for the fields F and D.
Then Execute the Form. You will see the below Output.
If you select AB1, then the text " THIS IS DEMO ON ACTION BUILDER TEXT1" will be displayed.
If you select AB2, then the text " THIS IS DEMO ON ACTION BUILDER TEXT2" will be displayed.
