I logged on to ASUG.com this morning and noticed the banner to left.  Call for abstracts are now being accepted for ASUG Annual Conference 2015 May 5-7, 2015 in Orlando, Florida

ASUG Annual Conference is co-located with SAPPHIRENOW and is one of the largest SAP events in the world.

This year ASUG is using the same site that is used for SAP TechEd so the interface is slightly different than before.

Where to start?

Go to this link and you may be prompted to create a new account

When you enter your e-mail, either you have an existing account or you may be prompted to create a new account.  Note you must use your company's e-mail address.  I already tried a Gmail account and the site won't take it.

Why Should I Submit?

If your abstract is accepted, you attend the conference for FREE, you get the opportunity to share your knowledge and showcase yourself and your company.   I've also found when I presented that I learn far more than the audience.  It's the rehearsal, preparation, and the process.

What are some tips to submit?

Some tips for your abstract:

  • Customer stories will receive high priority.
  • All presentation titles must be limited to 150 characters or less.
  • Abstracts are limited to 100 - 150 words. Please be as thorough as possible when describing the presentation content. Abstracts will be reviewed on their completeness; incomplete abstracts or abstracts of fewer than 50 words will not be considered.
  • All accepted speakers are required to participate in a mid-point review in the March/April timeframe to ensure abstracts are aligned with content.
  • There is no limit to the number of abstracts that can be submitted by a potential speaker.

If you have any questions please contact speakers@asug.com
