Martin Maguth is a managing director at Norikkon, LLC. He has over ten years of experience in the information technology industry specializing in SAP Workflow, ABAP programming, as well as SAP content management. Prior professional experience includes positions at SAP, EMC, IBM Global Services and IXOS Software. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Strasbourg, France, and a M.B.A. from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. Martin is a regular speaking on enterprise content management, document management, and workflow at SAP events, such as SAPPHIRE, ASUG, and TechEd. He is also an author in the upcoming book “Practical Workflow for SAP”, 3., Updated and Revised Edition 2014, by SAP Press.
When he is not programming or building workflows, he can be found at the New York stock exchange trading blue chips or throwing darts at the business section of IBD. He currently lives in Miami, FL, where he enjoys the beach, the tennis court, and his motorcycle.

His session “Top 10 tools for Workflow Administrators” will introduce key tools available to SAP workflow administrators to maintain a smoothly running workflow engine and to help troubleshoot any issues in the system. The session includes workflow reporting, error diagnosis, and workflow data management and discusses each tool in detail as well as when and how to use the correct one. In this session, we present the top 10 SAP tools that make the job of workflow administrator easier by providing necessary information for troubleshooting and user support. This session includes workflow reporting, error diagnosis, and workflow data management. We discuss each tool in detail and when and how to use the correct one.
