Adding workbook to the user’s favorite using Function Module.

We can add existing workbook to the favorites of the user using "BX_FAVOS_ADD_TRANSACTION" Function Module.

Below are the steps to add the Workbook.

1.      

          1. Goto SE37 Transaction.

2.       2. Provide the Function Module Name “BX_FAVOS_ADD_TRANSACTION”

3.       3. Press on Execute Button.

4.       4. We will goto the below screen.Provide the details for Userid,Tcode,Text, SAP_GUIID.

          USERID     : UserID for which we want to add the Workbook

          TCODE      : RRMX    

          TEXT         : Description of the workbook of user’s choice

          SAP_GUIID: Workbook ID

     5. Execute

Now We can see the Workbook in the respective User's Favorite.
