USER id is locked when the RFID is idle for some time

Hi sdn,

When the user kept the RFID idle for some time system locking that user and when he tries to re login into the system again it's saying user locked.

Can any one facing this issue?

Hi,

I am not sure but can you consult with your Basis team.Probabaly they have system level parameter mentioned for the same.

IT may be similar like other system where if system will be idle around 15 min then it will get lock.

Thanks for the Reply.

When they are doing some action with RF id system gave DUMP - ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND.

With this is there any efect on Table locking.

We got the dump on the ITS screen where as at the same time in back end ECC system TABLE data is using.

Please check your ITS Template.May be you forget to generate or miss some template for the any of the screens.
