TM Freight Unit Source dates setup for consolidation

Hello Experts,

I have below ECC Material Avail. Date(MAD) and Loading Date (LD) always different and we wanted use these dates for consolidation, how to set these dates on to the TM Freight Unit source? so, TM optimizer would honor these days for scheduling departure date. Meaning, if MAD and LD between if any other FO existing with capacity available then new FU's should be consolidated into existing FO if not, all the FU's that falls between MAD and LD should be consolidated, it may be same customer FU's or different customer FU's, but we wanted to consolidated as much as possible.

For example - Sales order MAD - 04/25/2017 and LD - 04/28/2017, and I have existing FO schedule to departure on - 04/27/2017 - lets say that both orders are for same customer.

FU Source Dates -

Start Date (Acceptable)

Start Date (Requested)

End Date (Requested)

End Date (Acceptable)

In this case how to setup FU source dates in order consolidate if there is enough capacity available for existing unfix FO's.

What are the different config/settings that may required to consolidate between MAD & LD dates FU's?

Hi Venu,

You can fill the Requested start and end date requested. You can fill those dates either in customizing of FU - pick-up/delivery window field or set the requested dates via Interface BADI.

Based on these dates + Optimizer settings in planning profile + Planning cost settings, you can consolidate in the same window.

Also, you can specify the planning profile in the OTR/DTR type.

Hello dear do you know of any BADI that we can indicate that assigns the same date to everything?
