Dear Experts,
I'm quite new in the M world an hope that you could help me with following process:
1. I create a road freight order:
2. I create a new stage for this road freight order with 250 km:
3. I calculate the charge:
4. As I have two charge types I expect that both of them will be added together; 350 + 50:
5. But for some reason the total amount is only 50:
Does anyone have any idea, why the calculation works like this and how could i fix it?
I would appreciate every idea.
Thank you in advance and BR.
Hello Denis,
Please go to display rate table and put 51 to check the scale value .

Hello Denis,
The Charge type YT_BASIC is having Distance as the base of calculation .Could you check the Distance which is coming up in the Stage tab/General data tab.
In the Charge Type the Scale value is 200KM ,i guess you are using (to Scale) in the Scale template . while maintaining the Rate table just check the Scale should (To scale <=) and have relative calculation type .
Suppose if distance is 200km- rate is 350
distance is 300 km = rate is 400.
So the check the rate 51 which is used for charge type YT_BASIC . If possible could you shows us the rate table and Scale by going to the Freight agreement maintained .
Thanks
Arjun

The issue is with the YT_BASIC charge type. This charge is showing a rate but not a calculated amount, and since it is not marked as a "mandatory" charge on the calculation sheet, it is not required for successful charge calculation.
Could you select the YT_BASIC charge row, click the button Show/Hide Details, and then check the details tab labeled Calculation Rules? This may help to explain why the basic fee calculation has failed.
