Hi
TLB orders are not getting transferred to ECC through CIF. System is giving following errors in SMQ2/CFG1 in ECC.
SMQ2 Log- "Not possible to determine shipping data for material XXXX"
CFG1 = Application Log
For the stock transport order, the system attempted to determine certain shipping data (e.g. the orderer, or sold-to party, and the responsible sales organization). The system was not able to determine this shipping data. Possible reasons:
the customer number of the plant does not exist;
the material master record does not exist or has been flagged for deletion;
data on the sales organization, the distribution channel or the division is missing for the supplying plant;
it was not possible to determine a shipping point.
Procedure
If the message is a warning, you can continue your processing.
If it is an error message, you cannot do so.
If necessary, contact your system administrator. The latter can check the settings for the supplying plant in Customizing.
+Set up stock transport order+
Regarding above errors, already we have done few customizing and maintain following master data in ECC as follows;
1.) Loading and transportation group already miantained in material master
2.) Define Shipping Data for Plants
3.) Maintained customer master with saleas area data
4.) Define Shipping Data for Plants
5.)Assign Document Type, One-Step Procedure, Underdelivery Tolerance
Please let me know if there is any additional settings to be maitained for transferring PO to ECC.
Regards
Guru
Hi
Check whether the customer code assigned to the plants and also check the loading group is defined & maintained correctly in the material master & customer master.

Hi Mr Singh,
This error occurs when the master data normally the material master is not maintained correctly in the ECC system. Please check the shipping data in Sales:General/Plant view of your material master and key in the required values of fields Trans.Grp, Loading Grp,
Once the right values are fixed generate and activate the integration model relevant to that material. The issue should get solved.
Mostly for the material that you have reported these values are missing.
Best regards

Hi Gurvarender,
Could you review the logs on /sapapo/cq if you found any stuck up data on the queue. Also, please refer to the prerequisites master data for TLBs on the link below.....
