The transaction code UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF don't close the dispute case

Hello together,

can you tell us, why the program don't close the dispute case?

We define the right reason code and escalation reason and save the transaction:

After the transaction, we go to the transaction code UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF and select the right data. The programm run and show this answer:

BUT, the dispute case must be close, that means, that the amount must be 0,00 EUR and the status must be "CLOSE". But the sap system don't close the dispute case and i can see the open amount and the old status.

What is the problem? I've checked also the customizing, all is fine. The G/L account and cost center is available. 

Can someone help us? Thank you so muss for the support.

Hi leren-1981, 

Please check the application log. Usually, SAP provides lots of the error messages for the write-off of the dispute cases. But it is a bit difficult to find them. To do that, go to SLG1 immediately after you execute write off in t-code UDM_AUTOWRITEOFF and provide the program name on the selection screen "UDM_AUTOWRTOFF". Please note, the program name is slightly different than the t-code name. Execute the program and you'll see an error log with some explanations. Here is a typical example, where the program was not able to find a profit center.
