Setting up a Selection &status profile in QM

Hello Experts,

Can anyone guide me how to set up a Selection profile and status profile in QM. My requirement is I don't want to see the cancelled inspection lots when I run QA 32 report. Kindly correct me if is there any way to achieve my requirement. Thank you !!

You can use layout customization to filter out those value you would not like to see, just like below screenshots.

Thank you for your response. However it doesn't work for me as there no entries found for filter out on code valuation.

There is cancel status field, just filter out and save your customization layout. You can see your saved layout when you entered QA32 again.
