Hi all ;

I can not find any solution about transfer HU from EWM to MM storage location with /SCWM/RFUI.

Why ?

Scenerio : Semi-products are located in EWM with HU. Finishing goods production is managed in MM storage location. That's why warehouse worker has to transfer HU from EWM to MM with RFUI.

If there is no way with RFUI, please share any solution. However, PP don't use advance production integration.

Hi,

"Semi-products are located in EWM with HU. Finishing goods production is managed in MM storage location."

Classic product integration scenario.

"If there is no way with RFUI, please share any solution."

The standard solution available is the production integration. Either delivery based or advanced.

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

Hi,

ok, so your production storage location is only IM managed. Why not use the delivery based production integration?

Hi Juergen Pitz,

I checked delivery based production integration but there is some requirement to use it.

Alternatives:

1- Warehouse worker has to transfer HU from good issue area into MM location with RFUI. He can not post good issue with /scwm/prdo click button good issue. I hope that i can post good issue PPF Actions automatically. But, it is not used because customer want to transfer with rfui. However, we will need to some controls such a Hu numbers are going to transfer ascending rule from good issue area into MM for some materials . For other materials we will use another rules.

What is your suggestion for 1? I think that i can create z program for rfui post good issue also it can check rules.

2- I can not use delivery based production integration. I can develop a program that creates warehouse tasks to pick up without delivery referance. However, another program such a scwm/adgi for RFUI to transfer MM location.

What is your idea?

I wish i can use standard ewm functionality 😞

Hi,

"What is your idea?"

My idea is that you should convince your customer that the standard solution is better in the long run.

Hello Juergen Pitz ,

I have a question. When i decide to use standard delivery based integration.

Delivery is created to transfer production then i complete picking. But finally, i have to click good issue button in EWM-delivery. As you know, it is impossible for every pallet belongs to one delivery.

Is there any way to post good issue after picking completed ? PPF Actions or standard configuration ?

Hi,

what it says in the documentation: "Confirm the warehouse task. This triggers goods issue, depending on your settings in Customizing and in the PSA."

So, there is a setting in the PSA and there is some customizing (it is actually only one point to got to) to be done for the automatic GI posting.

Hi,

To keep stock into EWM system you must completed Inbound delivery, stock must be in bin (un-restricted stock). create STO delivery and while picking in EWM system stock, block all bins except HU's bin (you want take way) and complete the outbound delivery you will get HU's in MM system.
