SAP EWM - Confirm GR to ERP at the time of partial putaway of the delivery.

I have the below scenario.

Regarding a delivery I have 2 line items.

1 Line item - 2 HUs.

2 Line item - 2 HUs.

When I confirm the putaway for the HUs related to the 1 line item in the final storage bin. I want to post the GR for 1st Line item back to ERP.

Can you please tell me which option I need to choose from the below list to achieve the same.

Hi,

try option "3 Send Collective GR" and let me know if that works - because I have never figured out what this is being used for. 😉

Otherwise I do not see any standard way for this requirement. None of the other options do that.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried the option, it sends the GR for 1 HU at the time of unloading step back to ERP. I was looking for option when we perform the putaway for the 1st HU, then it sends the GR back to ERP.

OK, that means just like the standard ("Immediately send GR Postings and Partial GR Postings to ERP")? As I wrote, I never understand what this is supposed to mean.

But as I wrote, there is no standard setting for your requirement.
