SAP APO CCR - Missing in APO for purchase requisitions

Hi Guys,

We are seeing Huge missing in apo in Purchase requisitions in daily CCR.

Error: 181 (missing in APO) - Old purchase requisitions.

Heuristic is creating purchase requisitions and later C5 jobs will send purchase requisitions to ECC. For few examples, we are seeing old purchase requisitions still exist in ECC end but already deleting in APO. New purchase requisitions are present both in APO and ECC.

I think deletion change pointer for few combinations (purchase requisition) not moving to ECC correctly. We checked all C5 jobs and all locations are already included.

Please let us know if we need to check anything here.

Hi Raja,

Process CCR by sending the missing PRs to APO, then re-do the Supply Planning run. This will automatically delete the PRs generated by APO Supply Planning. Then process change pointers to post the recent changes into ECC.

If APO hasnt created the PR that is available in the APO, Then it would have been created in ECC. These cases shouldnt be deleted in APO.
