Sales return orders automatically generate delivery note

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if there is any scheduling APP that can automatically generate a delivery note if a return sales order is required in the app?

When processing sales order returns, subsequent receiving notes and credit memos will be generated. I’m looking for a scheduling app that can automatically generate receiving notes.

Hi,

If you are using APP "Manage Customer Returns - Version 2" (F4832), the delivery note will be generated automatically by the system when you select any of the following logistic follow-up activities:

• Receive into Plant (0001)
• Immediately Move to Free Available Stock (0002)
• Immediately Move to Scrap (0003)

The detailed operational steps for end users are documented in the test script of scope item Customer Returns (BKP). You may also find the standard features and process description in Logistical Follow-Up Activities | SAP Help Portal.

To specifically address the question on how to trigger automatic goods receipt posting for the created delivery note, you can follow the instructions outlined in follow-up activity 0001, as detailed on the Help Portal page referenced above.

@Fancy_Zou 老師您好，當我按照您所說的方法操作，我仍然要把單號「8」開頭的去過帳收貨，仍需要手動輸入，才能結束這張單據。
我想要能夠直接連收貨入庫的單號自動產生。謝謝老師!

@Fancy_Zou 老師您好，我知道這個退貨的步驟，但我想要呈現的結果是8開頭的收貨單據可以不用人工完結，可以利用相關排程app完結收貨單據，不用人工再進去輸入結果。
