running MIGO transaction

we are using SAP console. Is it possible to run MIGO transaction in sapconsole..

We are also implementing auto id and mobile data entry solution using SAP console. I am also searching for a solution. Can you please inform the type of solution implemented for doing MIGO on hand held devices.
