RTSCOPY related question

Hello,

I'm doing a RTSCOPY from one DP planning area to another planning area.

The time periods are same on both planning areas (initial 3 fiscal months in weeks then in fiscal months).

Week to week copy is exact.

Month to month copy is exact as well. However, when the fiscal month data is viewed in fiscal weeks, it doesn't disaggregate equally in weeks.

Example in one fiscal month (have 4 fiscal weeks), the qty is 1112. So instead of 278 in each week (1112/4), it is showing 267, 312, 267, 266 in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th week respectively.

I even tried to validate the numbers using the calendar day logic, however, with that the 2nd, 3rd week should have the same numbers while 1st and 4th week (which has different calendar months) will have different numbers. But that's not the case either.

Any suggestions/pointers to consider?

Hi Hiren.

Many years ago we had a similar issue

Do both Planning Areas share the same Storage Bucket Profile? and/or Time Stream ID's?

Although I cannot trace our solution my memory is it was explained by 1 planning area having a 7 day ID and the other 5 days.
