Is it possible to return the System Status from ORAP (Order Approved) to ORAI (Order Approval In Process) in the Configuring of Phase Control Codes under the Adjust System Status setting?
Hello,
Can I know the business need to revert status to ORAI from ORAP?
Phase control codes can be configured in such a way that it will be set on an entity when the entity reaches a phase or subphase or used to block the entity attaining a particular phase or subphase.

Hi Vijayalaxmi Melavanki,
Thank you for your response.
The business needs the maintenance order to have it re-approved once there is an additional unplanned material consumption either via reservation and/or purchase requisition.
This scenario always happening in the actual maintenance activities.
Therefore, it is suitable that a maintenance order will be undergo re-approval once cost incurred will be changed especially when the cost added is significant value which need to be approved with several level of approval based on the workflow scenarios for maintenance order approval.
As for phase control code configuration, is it possible to adjust the system status in that way stated above? Or my idea is setting the phase control code to set a certain system status for example (Locked) once the order is set to Work Started to prevent the trades person to add materials and they can add only once the control code is being deactivate by an authorized role.
