Report to update PGI status in SAP EWM

Dear Team,

Good Day

We have a strange outbound delivery status in SAP EWM decentral 9.5 system.

The delivery belongs to year 2020, PGI completed, ECC status updated. Shipment invoicing, payments completed.

Now in EWM if we see the delivery status is Partially completed.

Due to which for planners the delivery is appearing in their due list.

We want to close this delivery or set the PGI status to completed.

I tried multiple ways to use Process code, /scwm/CHM_LOG and tried updating status, but nothing worked for me.

Can you please help to close this delivery, if there is any report or FM available using which we can close / update the status of old deliveries?

This EWM Decentral 9.5 system.

If the goods issue status (DGI) on the outbound delivery (document category FDO) was set correctly in EWM, a typical root cause for the status 'Completion' (DCO) to be partially completed is that the status 'Transit Status' (DOY) was not set.

Thank you @katrin_kraemer for your response. I think in formal cases, we can follow these checks, Our delivery has no OD (FDO), somebody deleted not sure how. Even ODO(PDO) one some lines they 0'd quantities and some lines shows picked. The ones 0'd has DGI 9 and other has 1 status And DCO anyways 1 for all In ODO no DOY relevant itseems. For some reason they deleted, cancelled and corrupted the delivery due to which it is sitting with status "partially completed" And its belongs to year 2020. we thought that it does not make sense to, deep drive and check who has done and for what reason. So we are checking if there is any report available to close old deliveries, like similar one have in ECC VL_COMPLETE, just update status to closure.
