Dear all,
Client is now testing the system. Although I assigned a specialist for every single BP, when user goes to UDM_SPECIALIST transaction (he is assigned to hundreds of open items), he is only able to see up to 30 open items.
I suspect UDM_SPECIALIST worklist is limited up to 30 open items, however, the supervisor is able to see many more open items assigned to specialist (in UDM_SUPERVISOR) but specialist is not able to. He only sees 30, no more than 30.
Is this working as a standard procedure, and how can I make the specialist can see ALL the open items assigned to him?

This is the standard setting
The user needs to go to "settings" >> personalisation (from the worklist) and amend the 30 to an agreed number, or leave it blank - so it includes everything
