Realignment table cannot be activated

Hi

When trying to create relaignment table i am getting message "Realignment table cannot be activated " . Please suggest how to fix

If it is for the first time you are creating the table and getting that message, then please check OSS note:953066

No It was there but something went wrong and it started saying Table does not exist so when i try creating it say Realignment table cannot be activated

Can somebody provide some input .It would be appreciated .

Please check if you have the CVCs and time series generated and the Planning area is initialized. If everything looks good then you need to check your authorization
