It's used to remove incosistencies in transaction data between APO and r/3 for given master data. when you run this report in apo, the system compares data in both apo and r/3 for your selection criteria of master data. (product, location, etc). You can compare for different transaction data e.g. Sales Orders, stocks, POs etc.
The system then displays report based on the comparisons differences and causes of the same. The system also gives you corrective action to be taken. On selecting the corrective actions, the errors are removed and both systems become conistent. In other words, reconciled.
Run /n/sapapo/ccr for checking the same.
