Dear All,
I would like to get some ideas to see if any of you have implement audit functionality in SCM DP in some form or the other. Here is what I want to do....If a user logs into the system and executes the following
- Executes a Transaction
- Executes a Macro
- Updates values in a Key Figure
I'd like to have a check of when that transaction was executed or a macro or if the pre/post values in the Key Figure.
Regards
Surender
Dear Surender,
I'm sorry to say that the requested functionality is currently not available in the standard system.
So the only way would be to perform a customer modification. You could write a program which stores changes made in a separate table when saving data in interactive planning.
Another approach would be to write a user exit macro which has been defined as an end macro. This macro can then be used to store changes when saving.
Regards,
Tibor

Hi,
You don't exactly have audit trail in SAP but you have some thing similar called Trace.
You can activate trace in ST05 before transaction and switch off after transaction and read the SQL trace patiently to get the details.
Here is how you do it:
1. Tcode ST05
2. Click SQL Trace on
3. Run transaction
4. Click Trace off
Review the files.
