Does anyone know which value will be populated in "Last Contact" in the Collections work list?
We have some customers for which, the "Last Contact" date in the work list is not the latest contact date, which we can see when I drill down into the customer and check the "Cust.Contacts" tab.
So, I am not sure how this value (old contact date) is appearing the work list.
Can anyone please let me know what could be causing this issue?

I don't have a Collection Management active here, so press F1 in this field and check the table. After that, insert this table in the SE11 to see what kind this field is it.
I was able to identify what was causing this, this was due to "Customer reached" value in the "Result of Contact". System is looking at the latest value for which "Customer reached" had a positive value.
