Quality Inspection Usage Decision for top-level HU

I have a multi-Level HU in putaway which requires a Quality inspection. There is a putaway warehouse Task in Status B on the top-Level HU going from the QI-Bin to the final storage. When I use Transaction /SCWM/QINSP_S4 I see one line per sub-Level HU and not one line for the top-Level HU. I Need to enter a usage decision for each sub-Level HU and upon save of the usage decision the waiting warehouse Task on the top-Level HU is cancelled and one new warehouse Task per sublevel HU is created. So the top-Level HU is destroyed and I get n new warehouse tasks.

I would be very thankful if I get hints how I can enter a usage decision for the top-Level HU so that it's not destroyed and the initially created warehouse task for putaway on the top-HU will be activated and not cancelled, so that the full HU can be putaway and not the single boxes on the pallet.

I am currently working on the same problem.

I want to enter a usage decision via /SCWM/QINSP_S4 just for the top-Level HU.
The goal is to create just one warehouse task for the top-Level HU and not e.g. for each carton on the pallet.

Did you find a solution for this problem?

It would help, if you remove the WPT from the follow up Action, so for the ok decision the WT will be either not canceled or created to the highest HU. For decision nok you can only maintain the stock type for posting Change and Wt will be not created
