PurRqs will be generated when Available Qty -1000 always

Dear All,

Can someone help me to fix this issue? I want to purchase a raw material to be ready before using. I don't want the Available Qty to be minus(-). I had checked in MRP setting, but I cannot see any issue. Please help me.

Ok. So I do not see the reason why MRP is doing it like this then. For some reason it thinks it has 1000 available which are not there, but I have no clue where this may come from. Sorry.

One last idea - is there any discontinuation information in MRP 4. If there is - that could be another rootcause. If not, I will not be able to help.

Hmm. Don´t see a reason yet... is there inventory available on this material? Is there something in quality status maybe that is not shown in MD04, but taken into account by MRP for its calculations?
