Purchase order business scenario

we get a sensitive and critical business scenario which affect the cost of the item and our operation. To  put the scenario:

in our business context we may have two or more shipment from one purchase order let's say from one purchase order we have two shipment with different delivery time with different mode of shipment by sea and air the two shipment cost is very different when the item delivered in the warehouse but in SAP we can't modify the delivery cost/delivery condition after we done good receive for the first shipment. And the users are challenged to include/modify the delivery cost in the same purchase order which is the good receive is done.

looks like you need to do reversal of all transection that you did. then you need to update PO before. or else you can provide credit note to vendor as well against this PO.
