Process order number not updated in S4 PPDS

Hi Experts,

I have created a planned order for the FG item and set the conversion indicator on RRP3 view . The planned order got converted in APO and ECC as process order but the process order number which has generated in the ECC not updated in PPDS.

we have maintained all the necessary settings as per the PP/DS Cookbook for S/4HANA 1709/1809

when I have ran the CCR i got the error code 166 but it could not succeed even though order push to APO button .

Can you please advise ?

Hi Sreedhar

Make sure if you have maintained the number ranges in S4 Advance planning

Check your SPRO setting->Advanced planning->Global Setting->Maintain Number Ranges for Orders.

Please Maintain it and then check out below option as well.

SPRO->Advanced planning->Global Setting->Maintain Global Parameters and Defaults-> Use Number Ranges(Check this option).
