Priority is defaulting in dispute management

Hi,

Whenever i am creating a dispute case, system is defaulting "Medium" as priority. I didn't defined any default values for creation of dispute cases in customizing. Could anyone has idea?

I know it's little bit late 😛 but you can check FM:'FDM_AR_CUST_GET_DEF_PRIORITY' at FDM_AR_CUST_GET_ALL_DEFAULTS.

Do you not have any values in FDM_CUST01?

Is the field set as mandatory?

No i didn't maintained any values in FDM_CUST01 and field is also not set mandatory, if i assign other priority it is picking correct but i don't want to maintain any priority it is defaulting to Medium.
