PO Output Control Public Cloud compare to S/4HANA

I hope you all doing well.

I have a question, how do you deal with message control in purchase orders in Public Cloud compare to S/4Hana?

In Public Cloud purchase order edit view - you do not have icons to edit/copy... output message positions in print preview anymore.

In S/4Hana ME22N messages, you have these to edit manually

A key user demands to act like in previous GUI and wish to edit a purchase order afterwards and delete the message position manually to not inform the supplier of changes. I know that in the Configuration there is the setting " Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes", but he wants to do so in the app as well. How is the explaination not to have the flexibility anymore?

Options (like duplicate, add, delete output) are available in public cloud is as below via SAP GUI App of ME21N. 

Rest I feel from business point of view if things are driven in controlled way like triggering of output change as per configuration not whenever user wants to. And output will be triggering only after workflow is completed.
