Option to send the Purchase requisition back to the requestor

Hello Experts,

in SAP S/4HANA Cloud public edition, how to configure flexible workflow to have an option to send PR back to to requestor?

Could you please suggest correct way ho to implement it, what to use ?

Dear @veronika_skybova,

The rework functionality can be defined if your Step Type is 'Release of Reworkable PR Item'.

Once you have selected this step type then in the section 'Exception Handling' you will find the settings for 'Rework Requested'. Please find more information from the SAP Help Portal here:
