no Purchase Order displaying in Manage change request app

But I have orders in ME2N

what to do. I could not able to create any change request in create change request app also

no service errors. no authorization issues

when i tried uploading no records processed.

I tried creating a change in purchase order via the Manage Material Coverage app through the Monitor Material Coverage app. 

Now its displaying the change request
