Need to pre allocate stock for a customer in S4Hana public cloud

How can we pre allocate stock for a specific customer before creating a sales order in SAP S4 public cloud? 

You have this requirement for a customer that does not allow partial delivery and it is a valuable customer for the company and hence you would like to pre allocate stock for some materials for this customer.

In cases companies do not want to sell their articles according to the sequence of the incoming sales orders, rather they want to reserve certain quantities for special groups and perhaps they also want to assign priorities to these groups the solution is the usage of Supply protection (SUP). It can be is used to protect a group against the demand of other groups and also to prioritize the demand.
