Move multiple quantities and round up

Hi guys, could anyone help me to understand how to solve the following issue?

I have 10 HUs in the stock and each one has 100 kg. The outbound delivery is created with 140 kg but I don't want to split the HU. I want to send 2 completed HUs creating the warehouse task with 200 kg. How can I set up the system to have this behavior?

To sum up, all the products I have in the stock have standard quantities. So I want to move only multiple quantities and always rounding up.

Hi,

you can use the round up rule in WPT to round up to whole unit.

The unit is defined in storage type master as qty classification, for which you need to maintain packspec.

In the outbound delivery you need to define overdelivery tolerance.

Do you mean I need to change the storage type removal control and work with standard quantity in packspec, right?

Hi Anderson ,

I think you can try using round to available qty. This will round the outbound delivery  to available HU qty.And as Petr mentioned you have to mainatin over delivery tolerence.But this feature is not available in EWM 7.
