Loading End in EWM , remove FO in Outbound delivery in S/4 and unassigning FU and FO in TM

Hi All,

We have STO PO > Outbound delivery(OBD) triggers FU in TM and Warehouse order(WO) in EWM

The delivery address in STO PO is picked from the Storage location as it's STO between SLOC to SLOC and copying the same address to OBD in S/4

In TM, TU and Freight orders (FO) are created and sent to OBD in S/4 and WO in EWM and updated.

In EWM, items will be picked/packed/load the start and load end.

Once loading end, the system is removing FO in OBD and unassigning FU and FO in TMS.

Same is working for Sales order>OBD>TM/EMW scenarios. but the problem with STO>OBD.

Is there any issue with the STO address as it is coming from SLOC?

Hi Rama,

TM Locations need to be same date as SLOC from all source document STO/OD etc.

If the locations do not have the same address will create one time location if is active and will unplanning the FU because it was change from the standard the Adress manually.

Check if you use this report to create the TM location which will create the address according with Shipping point.

did you check if the ex.Outbound delivery was not change like shipping condition,that could impact on TM integration.?

This happen only with one FU?

In perspective with EWM documents type work with other one?

Would sugguest to check replicate the step by step to see when it happen the unassigning FU.

Thanks for your input.

As per our tests, it is working if we change the delivery address manually in STO PO and create delivery > TM/EWM

FO is not gets detached from the document flow and FU.

If the system determines the delivery address from SLOC/Address number in STO PO and creates delivery issues where once loading end/PGI is done in EWM, system detached FO and FU in TM, and document flow in S/4

We are SAP S/4HANA 1909, unsure whether the notes below are relevant.

For this FU wihch are unassigning the picked/packed/load is complete?

Does the events are right repòrt in the FO? like. Loading end.
