2) An Inbound Delivery of specific Document type should be  landed in Queue before it is distributed to EWM.

Why would you need to do that? What is the business reason?

You can only re-register the queue, which results that all you DLV* queue will be in SMQ2, you need to manually process it. but if you do so, irrespective of OBD/IBD, all the DLV* queue will be in SMQ2. you cannot achieve it by standard. i suggest you to remove your auto distribution if IBD, and you can distribute it manually.

You can switch parameters to manual distribution but this means your outbound and inbound both require manual distribution

SPRO-->Logistics Execution-->Extended Warehouse Management Integration-->Configure SAP EWM-Specific Parameters-- Change Dist. Mode to Stop Distribution.

For outbound distribution use VL06O and Inbound use VL06I

As per my knowledge, it is not possible to stop in queue for particular document

But You can stop immediate distribution of delivery.

After analyzing the delivery you can distribute delivery manually

Hope it may help you
